Ownership and Funding

HolaHello is wholly owned and operated by Jovanny Evans, its Founder, Editor-in-Chief and Publisher. No studio, streaming platform, broadcaster, advertiser, sponsor, investor, public-relations firm or other outside organization holds an ownership interest in HolaHello.

Jovanny Evans has final responsibility for the publication’s editorial and business decisions. More information about his professional experience and responsibilities is available on the HolaHello Masthead.

As of September 2026, HolaHello is entirely self-funded by its founder. Jovanny Evans personally pays the publication’s ordinary operating expenses, including its website, domain, editorial and production tools, equipment, reporting and content development.

HolaHello began without outside investment, grants, donations or financial backing from an established media company. It has not received advertising revenue, sponsorship payments or affiliate commissions to date.

To support sustainable independent journalism, HolaHello may eventually earn revenue through advertising, sponsorships, paid partnerships, affiliate relationships, events, licensing, memberships, grants, reader support or other clearly identified sources.

If the publication’s ownership or principal sources of funding materially change, this page will be updated. A new source of revenue will not receive authority over independent news coverage, criticism, ratings or editorial conclusions.

Commercial material will be clearly distinguished from independent editorial work. Sponsored content and paid partnerships will be labeled with direct language such as “Sponsored,” “Paid Partnership” or an equivalent Spanish disclosure.

If HolaHello uses an affiliate link that may generate a commission, that relationship will be disclosed clearly and near the relevant recommendation or link. Unless expressly stated otherwise, affiliate compensation does not increase the price paid by the reader.

HolaHello does not accept payment in exchange for an independent review, a particular rating, favorable coverage or an undisclosed endorsement. Advertisers and sponsors may confirm factual or contractual details in commercial material, but they do not approve or rewrite independent editorial coverage.

Studios, streaming platforms, networks, publicists, festivals, artists and event organizers may provide advance screeners, press screenings, interviews, event access, press releases, photographs, clips and other promotional materials. These are customary tools of entertainment journalism and are not treated as payment or operating funding.

Receiving access or promotional materials does not guarantee publication or favorable treatment. Outside parties do not determine whether HolaHello covers a project, how it is described, what rating it receives or whether criticism is positive or negative.

HolaHello ordinarily funds its own reporting expenses. In some circumstances, a studio, festival, tourism organization or event producer may provide travel, lodging, meals or admission connected to a legitimate reporting opportunity. When a third party materially pays for travel or lodging associated with specific coverage, that support will be disclosed within or alongside the relevant content.

Nominal promotional items do not influence editorial judgment. Substantial gifts may be declined, returned, donated or otherwise separated from coverage. No gift, trip or hospitality arrangement guarantees publication or favorable treatment.

Before founding HolaHello, and through work conducted under his personal media identity, Jovanny Evans participated in commercial partnerships and sponsored productions. Those previous relationships do not provide any company with ownership, continuing control or editorial authority over HolaHello.

Any active commercial relationship relevant to current HolaHello coverage will be disclosed where readers are most likely to see and understand it.

Editorial decisions are based on newsworthiness, cultural relevance, audience value, firsthand reporting and independent critical judgment. They are not determined by advertising, sponsorships, press access, personal relationships or the possibility of future business.

HolaHello may report on, review or criticize companies and projects that have provided access, materials or commercial support. It may also decline coverage. No outside party receives advance approval over independent headlines, conclusions, ratings or final editorial copy.
